New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) Assessment

NZQA evaluates overseas tertiary and vocational qualifications to work out how they compare to New Zealand qualifications. Evaluation results can help New Zealand organizations better understand your overseas qualification for immigration, employment, or further study. We assist and apply NZQA on behalf of you to make sure the application and documents are submitted in order. How does the International Qualification Assessment (IQA) work? A tertiary or occupational qualification obtained outside of New Zealand is evaluated by an international qualification assessment (IQA). Your foreign degree is measured against:

  • NZQF level, and
  • New Zealand qualification type, if a direct comparison exists
